1. Koşulların Kabulü
Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Lesmazer (Bireysel Geliştirici — Türkiye) tarafından sunulan Rivulet uygulaması ile arandaki sözleşmeyi oluşturur. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersin; kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.
2. Lisans
Sana, Rivulet'i kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanman için kişisel, dünya çapında, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulama Apple App Store üzerinden dağıtılır ve kullanımı Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Sözleşmesi (EULA)'na da tabidir. Bu koşullar ile Apple EULA çelişirse, satın alma/iade konularında Apple EULA esas alınır.
3. Uygulama İçi Satın Almalar
Rivulet'teki satın almalar (Rivulet Pro ve tema paketleri) tek seferlik ve kalıcıdır; abonelik yoktur. Tüm satın almalar Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir; ödeme onayında Apple Kimliği hesabına yansıtılır. Satın alımların Aile Paylaşımına açıktır ve "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" ile yeniden yüklenebilir.
İade talepleri Apple tarafından, Apple'ın iade politikası uyarınca işlenir; Apple Kimliği > Satın Alma Geçmişi üzerinden talep edilir. Çekirdek oyun ve tüm günlük bulmacalar ücretsizdir; satın almalar yalnızca görünür kozmetikler ve ek kolaylıklar içindir.
4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Uygulamayı kullanırken şunları kabul edersin:
Uygulamayı tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutmamak, kaynak koda dönüştürmemek veya değiştirmemek
Sıralama (leaderboard) skorlarını hile, otomasyon veya manipülasyonla bozmamak
Uygulamayı yasa dışı veya başkalarına zarar verecek şekilde kullanmamak
Game Center kullanırken Apple'ın topluluk kurallarına uymak
5. Fikri Mülkiyet
Rivulet uygulaması, tasarımı, kodu, görselleri ve içeriği Lesmazer'e aittir ve telif hakkı ile korunur. Oyun jenerik borular, sıvı ve soyut geometri kullanır; herhangi bir üçüncü taraf marka, karakter veya fikri mülkiyetini içermez.
6. Garanti Reddi ve Sorumluluk Sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair açık ya da örtülü bir garanti verilmez. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Lesmazer uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Bazı ülkeler bu sınırlamalara izin vermeyebilir; bu durumda yasal haklarınız saklıdır.
7. Değişiklikler ve Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır. Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
By using Rivulet you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form an agreement between you and Lesmazer (Individual Developer — Türkiye) regarding the Rivulet app. By downloading or using the app you accept these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rivulet for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is distributed via the Apple App Store and its use is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where these Terms conflict with Apple's EULA on purchases/refunds, Apple's EULA prevails.
3. In-App Purchases
Purchases in Rivulet (Rivulet Pro and theme packs) are one-time and permanent; there are no subscriptions. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Your purchases are Family Sharing enabled and can be re-applied via "Restore Purchases."
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy via Apple ID > Purchase History. The core game and all daily puzzles are free; purchases are only for cosmetics and convenience.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the app you agree to:
Not reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app
Not cheat, automate or manipulate leaderboard scores
Not use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose
Follow Apple's community guidelines when using Game Center
5. Intellectual Property
The Rivulet app, its design, code, artwork and content belong to Lesmazer and are protected by copyright. The game uses generic pipes, liquid and abstract geometry; it includes no third-party trademarks, characters or intellectual property.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lesmazer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations; in that case your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Changes and Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
